MY STORY

Who am I?

My name is Marla Brown. I have spent my whole life reading for school, work, or enjoyment. I decided to take my love of reading about authors' stories and become a copyeditor. I am a graduate of the UCSD Extension program in which I received my certificate in Copyediting. I am also a member of ACES society and EFA for professional editors. I specialize in editing fiction novels, specifically Romance Fiction, Science-Fiction/Fantasy, and Paranormal genre. 

As an editor, I want to help you, the author, keep your voice in the manuscript while helping to fix story continuity issues, grammar problems, spelling, and punctuation mistakes. So you can reach your readers and show them the world you created for your characters.
